ID Singular developed and implemented a customized digital behavioral competency assessment test for ENAP.
The test, created with an innovative methodology, was designed to assess the specific competencies required in more than 15,000 public servants, supporting recruitment and leadership selection processes across various agencies.
The solution, based on the Sing Leader model, offered a safe, innovative, accessible, intuitive, and intelligent approach, simplifying selection steps and reducing errors.
As a result, ENAP increased its operational capacity, gained scale and agility in evaluating socio-emotional competencies, cut costs, and optimized processes.

VLI is a logistics solutions company that operates railways, ports, and terminals throughout Brazil. Recognizing the importance of strengthening its organizational culture and preparing its leaders to drive results, the organization found a successful partnership with ID Singular.
With more than 1,000 participants across 40 classes, the customized Management for Results program had a major impact on leadership development.
The in-person course, full of practical activities, provided managers with greater clarity regarding VLI’s strategic goals, as well as enhanced leadership and management skills.

The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) relied on ID Singular’s expertise for a comprehensive competency management consulting project.
The project included mapping organizational, managerial, transversal, and technical competencies for 900 job positions, as well as assessing the individual competencies of public servants.
Based on the results, ID Singular developed digital learning journeys to close gaps and promote continuous development.
This project was essential for strengthening MJSP’s organizational capacity, ensuring its public servants were prepared to face the complex challenges of the justice and public security sector.

The São Paulo Military Police partnered with ID Singular to train its officers in Media Training, recognizing the importance of preparing them to interact with the press, especially in sensitive or crisis situations.
Over 25 classes, more than 500 professionals were trained to act as spokespersons.
The course stood out for its adaptability to each participant’s profile and the specific needs of the institution.
The program developed technical communication skills for dealing with the media, while also reinforcing the importance of institutional integrity in all public interactions — strengthening public trust in the institution, even during the most challenging moments.
