Caixa’s major challenge was to promote a new culture, developing different leadership styles so that the organization could succeed a competitive environment and fulfill its social role, transforming the Brazilians’ lives. ID Singular was responsible for training over 12,000 leaders across the country through programs such as Líder Coach, Strategic Leadership for High Performance, Executive Coaching, and Transformational Leadership. The trainings resulted in international awards, record in participant satisfaction, and historic results measured by impact assessments.

ID Singular developed and implemented a customized behavioral competency assessment test in a digital format for ENAP. The test, designed with a disruptive methodology, was created to assess the specific competencies required in over 15,000 public governament workers, assisting in the recruitment and selection processes for leaders in many agencies. The solution, based on the Sing Leader model, offered a secure, innovative, accessible, intuitive, and intelligent approach, simplifying the selection stages and reducing errors. As a result, ENAP increased its operational capacity, gained scale and agility in assessing behavioral/socio-emotional competencies, reduced the use of human resources, optimized the process, and minimized human errors.

VLI is a company of logistics solutions that operates railroads, ports, and terminals across Brazil. Recognizing the importance of strengthening its organizational culture and training its leaders to drive results, the organization made a successful partnership with ID Singular. With over 1,000 participants in 40 classes, the Results Management customized training had a significant impact on leadership development. The in-person course, full of practical activities, provided managers with relevant/great knowledge on VLI’s strategic objectives, as well as the improvement of leadership and management skills. As result, teams became more engaged, collaborative, and focused, promoting a more dynamic and adaptable organizational culture.

The evolution from the Foundation to the Faculdade Unimed required a considerable dose of skill and resilience from its leaders, and ID Singular played a key role in the development and training of managers on this transformation journey. The customized program for managers was tailor-made, alternating immersive outdoor training with thematic workshops focused on leadership improvement. Throughout the program, which exceeded all expectations, crucial topics were explored, including conflict management, change management, people management, communication, and leadership.

The Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública (MJSP) sought ID Singular’s expertise for a comprehensive competency management consultancy. The project included competency mapping, covering organizational, managerial, transversal, and technical competencies for 900 positions, as well as the assessment of individual competencies of employees. Based on the results, ID Singular developed digital learning paths to fill gaps and promote the continuous development of employees. This project was essential to strengthen the organizational capacity of Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública (MJSP), ensuring that its employees were adequately equipped to face the complex challenges of the justice and public security sector.

Copasa relied on ID Singular’s services for a series of strategic potential and profile assessment processes. The partnership included dozens of processes for selecting individuals for specific leadership roles, a program for developing potential leaders, and the formation of a successor pool. Differentiated assessment strategies were used, such as the application of exclusive techniques and games, as well as customized tests. ID Singular provided detailed reports and offered individual feedback to the assessed professionals, ensuring personalized follow-up and continuous development for them, enabling the leadership strengthening and the promotion of efficient management.

The Polícia Militar de São Paulo (São Paulo Military Police) partnered with ID Singular to train its officers in Media Training, understanding the importance of preparing them to deal with the media, especially in sensitive or crisis situations. Throughout 25 training sessions, more than 500 professionals were trained to act as spokespersons, with the course emphasizing adaptation to the individual characteristics of each participant and the specificities of the Polícia Militar. The program provided the development of technical communication skills with the press, as well as promoting a deep understanding of the importance of institutional integrity in all media interactions, strengthening public trust in the institution even in the most challenging moments.
